David H. greenwald M.D., F.A.C.S

Dr. Greenwald received his M.D. from University of Southern California in 1991. He completed his  General Surgery internship and his residency training at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Greenwald has been in practice in Southern California and Florida since 1998.

Dr. Greenwald has received numerous awards, grants, and scholarships, including the Alpha Omega Alpha, Merck Book Award for Academic Excellence, and Outstanding Neurosurgical Resident. He has earned numerous years in local awards for Patients' Choice Award, Jacksonville Magazines' Top Doctors, and Most Compassionate Doctor Award. He is published in peer-reviewed medical journals, collaborated chapters, and has presented posters to numerous organizations including the  American Neurological Association, and Congress of Neurological Surgeons. 

Together, Dr. Greenwald & Dr. Guiot employ surgical treatments to address the symptoms that can arise. They consistently develop and apply novel methods to treat the patients needs.
